Artwork Description:

Step into the playful realm of Harry Bunce's original masterpiece, 'Pop Break Out'. This captivating artwork is a whimsical nod to the pop art era, ingeniously blending satire with affectionate homage. Framed elegantly in a white wooden floating frame, measuring an impressive 54 x 41 inches, it commands attention and sparks conversation.

At first glance, 'Pop Break Out' draws you into its vibrant narrative with bold strokes of cherry reds, deep burgundies, and gentle pinks set against compelling shades of scarlet and maroon. These colours dance across the canvas in harmony, creating a visual feast that is both striking and emotive.

Central to this piece are three cheeky cartoon rabbits emerging from "McGregor's Condensed Rabbit Soup" cans—an ingenious twist on Andy Warhol's iconic imagery. Each rabbit brings its own personality to the fore; whether wielding a fork or attempting an escape, their spirited antics captivate and amuse. A solitary heart floats amidst this scene, adding a layer of tenderness to the playful satire.

Harry Bunce cleverly intertwines influences from his eclectic background—merging elements of illustration and fine art with the rebellious spirit of Punk and the nostalgic charm of classic children’s literature. His work exudes a unique edge that is both slightly unnerving yet undeniably appealing—securing his place within the British contemporary art scene.

'Pop Break Out' is more than just an artwork; it’s a statement piece brimming with character—a testament to Bunce's imaginative prowess and sharp wit. Perfect for those who appreciate art that combines depth with humour, this piece promises to be a beloved addition to any collection or space.
