No, proof of ID is not required. Please bring with you your attendance confirmation email that we sent to you when you signed up to the event online. If you signed up to the event in person or via a phone call, don’t worry we will accommodate you.
Four legged friends are not usually permitted inside the gallery unless they are an assistance dog. Occasionally we may host dog friendly events including ‘dog day’ where dogs are invited and welcome to the gallery.

Many artists within our portfolio are happy to sign artwork that is purchased at the event; however, this is dependable on the artist; please contact your local gallery to enquire about artwork signings or refer to the event itinerary online or via your event invite. For insurance purposes, we don’t recommend customers bring along artwork from home.
Clients are automatically added to the guest list, if you are on the guest list, you will gain access to the event. Our online RSVP system sends an automatic thank you email; this is proof of you being present on the guest list.
If you RSVP via our website, you can select the number of people per party. For certain events, however, there will be a maximum attendance number of people allowed in the gallery. If you plan on bringing additional guests, please let us know so we can ensure there is enough space in the gallery during the event.
During many of our events, a member of our social media and photography team will be present, capturing content for videos and photographs for use in our online and offline marketing. If you would prefer to not be featured in our photography, please notify a gallery member before or during the event.
